Maintenance policy
Review controlling Google sources at least quarterly and immediately after a reported interface, eligibility, outcome, or legal-routing change. Use the live English-language official source. A page can remain Verified only when every source controlling its substantive claims has been checked during the recorded review. If any controlling source cannot be checked, set the page to Needs verification, label affected statements UNVERIFIED, and do not present them as authoritative.
Use semantic documentation versions:
- Major: architecture or policy interpretation changes that alter user routing.
- Minor: new verified procedures, categories, or pages.
- Patch: wording, link, accessibility, or non-substantive corrections.
